See when your cancelled coffee subscription will end

Check the end date before you wait for it

If you’ve cancelled your Roastlet subscription, you may still have a few coffee deliveries left. That can make it hard to tell when your membership actually stops and when your account is done giving you coffee.

Now, when you’re signed in, you can open Billing and see the verified date your cancelled membership will end. You don’t have to guess from the last order you remember, and you don’t have to wonder whether access stopped right away.

What to do

  1. Sign in to your Roastlet account.
  2. Open Billing.
  3. Look for the cancellation end date.

If the date is available, you’ll see when your membership ends. Until that date, you keep full access. After that date, your subscription ends.

If the platform can’t provide a usable date, Billing says the end date is unavailable. That is better than showing a date that might be wrong.

What this looks like in real life

Say you cancelled because you want to finish the coffee you already have before committing to more. You still want to know whether you’ll get one more box or whether the subscription ends sooner.

With the end date in Billing, you can check that before you plan your next few weeks. If your membership still has time left, you can keep using it until the end date. If it’s already finished, you know where things stand without waiting to find out from a missing shipment or a surprise charge.

What to watch for

This only helps signed-in members looking at Billing after they’ve cancelled recurring membership. It is not for changing your plan, and it does not end your membership sooner.

If you don’t see a date, don’t assume the subscription ends on a certain day anyway. When Roastlet can’t show a usable end date, it says so directly. That means you have a clear answer: either a verified end date, or no date to rely on.

Use it when you’re planning around your last box

If you’re deciding when to switch to another coffee, when to restock at home, or when to expect your Roastlet access to end, Billing gives you the date to work from. Open it once, check the end date, and keep using your membership until that day arrives.
